Romantic Winter Wedding | Lafayette Grand Café & Bakery | Tess & Tom

Tess and Tom came to us very shortly after deciding to get married, and we worked together to design and produce their second of three(!) wedding celebrations. They have a lot of family and a lot of love, and creating this community-centered party for them, complete with lots of personal details, was a complete joy.

We looked at a handful of contenders before T&T made the decision to partner with Lafayette Grand Café & Bakery. The romance and warmth of the Cave du Vin was the perfect fit for an intimate celebration in the midst of winter. The inimitable Angel Salazar Design drew from our inspiration board to create the perfect pieces to suit our couple: books with florals tucked inside as centerpieces, and a ceremony backdrop inspired by Thailand (where Tess grew up). DJ Jay McElfresh understood their musical tastes exactly and provided the perfect soundtrack for the night. Tess and her Best Women were beautified by Nicole Palladini & Jen Nordmark, and it was clear that they felt just as incredible as they looked. We’ll never forget this one!
