Phase 1

Planning & Creative Direction

We start by compiling as much information about you as we can. Your favorite places to travel, what colors you like, the elements you care most (and least) about. The works. That helps us source your team of vendors and design a celebration that suits you and your partner perfectly.

Phase 2

Production

Once you’ve signed off on the plans for the day, we get to work making it all happen. While we are finalizing and confirming all of the details, we continue to chat with you regularly and make sure you’re updated on all of the exciting progress. This is when it starts to feel real!

Phase 3

Event Management

We spend the final weeks before the wedding preparing to run the show. Plans are double- and triple-checked. Timelines and schedules are carefully tweaked. We’re always a team of at least two on your wedding day, and we manage the details of the day from start to finish.
